Dispatch

  • When will my package arrive?
    We usually have a 'Ordered before 15:00, delivered next business day' policy. We will also do everything we can to ship your package the same day via PostNL.
    Sometimes something goes wrong at the post office or in our warehouse. If your order has not arrived after a few days, you can always reach us via our chat or our email.

Return

  • How can I return an item?
    Of course it can happen that an article is not as you expected. Send us a message and we will come up with a solution together.
